2. Booking and Ticketing Policy

SearchMyFlightFare acts as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers, including airlines. When you make a booking through our platform:

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process (including passenger names exactly as they appear on government-issued IDs, dates, and contact details) is accurate.
• Fares and Availability: Fares are dynamic and can change rapidly. A booking is not guaranteed until it is fully ticketed and you receive a confirmation email with an e-ticket number.
• Airline Rules: Your booking is subject to the specific terms, conditions, and rules of the respective airline (e.g., baggage allowances, check-in times).

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices displayed on SearchMyFlightFare are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.

• Total Cost: The total price displayed during checkout includes the base fare, applicable airline taxes, and our service fees.
• Currency: Fares are typically billed in your local currency, but depending on the airline and your bank, foreign transaction fees may apply. SearchMyFlightFare is not responsible for these bank fees.
• Payment Failure: If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to notify you, but the booking will not be secured until successful payment is received. Fares may increase during this delay.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies are dictated primarily by the airline operating your flight. SearchMyFlightFare applies its own processing fees for facilitating these changes in addition to airline penalties.

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed back to the original form of payment. Refund processing times vary by airline and can take between 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you have the correct and valid travel documents for your journey.

• Passports & Visas: You must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, transit visas, and entry permits for all countries on your itinerary.
• Health Requirements: You must comply with all health requirements, including vaccinations and COVID-19 testing protocols, dictated by your destination and transit countries.

SearchMyFlightFare is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry into a country due to improper documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

SearchMyFlightFare acts solely as a booking agent for airlines and other third-party providers. We do not operate flights, manage airport operations, or control the actions of the airlines.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchMyFlightFare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:

• Flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or overbooking.
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage.
• Personal injury or property damage incurred during your travel.
• Any actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of the travel providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SearchMyFlightFare website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of SearchMyFlightFare or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.
