We act as an intermediary or "booking agent" for third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines, global distribution systems (GDS), and other travel service providers (collectively, "Suppliers"). We do not own, control, or operate any of the travel services or products that you may purchase through our platform. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these Suppliers. We encourage you to read their terms carefully.

3. Use of the Website

As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
• You will only use this website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
• All information supplied by you on this website is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will not use this website for any commercial purpose or for any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Fees

4.1. Pricing

Prices are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and processed. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Payments

By making a booking, you authorize SearchMyFlightFare.com and its third-party payment processors to charge your credit or debit card for the total amount of the booking. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

4.3. Agency Fees

In addition to the cost of your travel booking from the Supplier, we may charge a service fee for our booking and support services. These fees are non-refundable and will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete your purchase.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All requests for cancellations or changes to a booking must be made by calling our customer service team. The ability to cancel or modify a travel reservation is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the airline or Supplier.

• Supplier Penalties: Airlines and other Suppliers may impose change fees or cancellation penalties, up to 100% of the booking value.
• Agency Fees: We may charge a separate fee for processing any changes or cancellations on your behalf, in addition to any fees charged by the Supplier.
• Refunds: Any potential refund is subject to the Supplier's policies. If a refund is approved by the Supplier, it will be processed to your original form of payment. Service fees charged by SearchMyFlightFare.com are non-refundable.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. We are not liable for any expenses, damages, or losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

As an intermediary, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or any other loss or irregularity that may be caused by the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of any Supplier. We are not liable for any damages arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, strikes, or government restrictions (force majeure).

In no event shall SearchMyFlightFare.com or People Information LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the service fees you paid to us for the specific transaction in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SearchMyFlightFare.com, People Information LLC, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of this website.

9. Intellectual Property

The content and information on this website, including but not limited to the logo, text, graphics, and software, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our Suppliers. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
